All we require is a comfortable outfit and a pair of closed‑toe shoes. For advanced drills we recommend a training knife and a bamboo stick, but beginners can start without them.
Yes, we schedule separate adult sessions focusing on self‑defense techniques, conditioning, and situational awareness. Our adult classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6–8 pm, catering to all fitness levels.
